This 7 week program is designed into 4 phases, consisting of 2 weeks eccentric, isometric and concentric training with one week of peaking. Each phase is 2 weeks long and has 4 days of workouts. This program is for intermediate to advanced lifters and may be applicable for use in a powerlifting meet prep as well as athletic summer training.
