This 8 week bench program is designed to prepare you for a bench only meet or to PR your bench press. The first six weeks consist of a heavy day, rep day, and accessory day. The seventh week is a deload week followed by a max effort attempt in the final week. Written and programmed by John Ruoppo (500lb raw bench, 670lb equipped bench).
